About Designer Cakes & Parties

Designer Cakes was established by Tracey Stothard in May 1998. She is passionate about designing and decorating celebration cakes for all occasions.

After researching the availability of special occasion cakes, Tracey decided that most cake shops had limited choice, only offering what they wanted the customer to have!
She decided that her business would be built on giving the customer exactly what they wanted instead.

Over the last 10 years, Tracey and her team have built up an impressive portfolio of over a thousand unique designs, from simple birthday cakes, creative novelty cakes through to beautiful bespoke wedding cakes. We strive to give every customer their perfect cake.
Along the way we have been proud to supply cakes for corporate events, celebrities and TV work.

In 2007 we expanded to become Designer Cakes & Parties, giving our customers the opportunity to purchase all of their party goods under one roof, thus saving precious time.
